This Privacy Notice explains how iBridge FZ-LLC ("iBridge", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data of visitors and prospective clients through ibridge.ae. We process personal data in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, "PDPL") and its executive regulations.

1. What data we collect

We collect only the personal data you provide voluntarily through our consultation request form:

• Full name
• Phone number (including WhatsApp)
• Email address (optional)
• Child's grade / age (optional)
• Country of interest (optional)
• Technical data automatically collected: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps (for security and analytics)

2. Purposes of processing

• Responding to your consultation request and providing university admission services.
• Communicating with you regarding your inquiry via phone, WhatsApp, email.
• Improving our website and services (aggregated analytics only).
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations under UAE law.

3. Legal basis

We process your personal data on the basis of:

• Your explicit consent, given by submitting the consultation form.
• The necessity to enter into and perform a contract for admission services at your request.
• Compliance with a legal obligation under UAE law.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited personal data only with:

• Universities and educational institutions — only after your explicit approval during the admissions process.
• Service providers acting on our behalf (CRM hosting, email/WhatsApp delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Competent authorities, where required by UAE law.

5. International transfers

Our CRM system is hosted on servers located in the European Union (Finland). Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we ensure appropriate safeguards in line with Article 22 of the PDPL, including transfers to jurisdictions with adequate data protection laws.

6. Retention

We retain personal data of prospective clients for a maximum of 3 years from the date of last interaction. Data of clients who signed a service agreement is retained for 7 years for legal, tax and regulatory purposes.

7. Your rights under PDPL

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data and receive a copy of it.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention obligations.
• Restrict or object to certain processing activities.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the website to function. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including HTTPS encryption, access controls, secure hosting and regular backups. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Children

Our services concern minors' education, but our website interacts with parents and legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under the age of 18 without parental consent.
